Thank you for supporting the Lorris Kassongo Foundation by purchasing from our Gears collection. Every item you buy directly supports our charitable programs for orphans and single mothers. Below is our official Shipping Policy, aligned with our third-party fulfillment partner, Printify.
1. Fulfillment Partner: Printify
All branded Gears sold on fondationlorriskassongo.org—including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, mugs, caps, and totes—are produced, fulfilled, and shipped by Printify, a trusted print-on-demand service provider.
Because of this partnership, our shipping timelines, fees, and procedures reflect Printify’s shipping policy.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days.
- During peak periods or sales events, processing times may be extended.
- Once processed, orders are sent out for shipping via the carrier selected by Printify based on your delivery location.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, item weight, and shipping method selected.
- We do not currently offer free shipping or expedited shipping unless explicitly stated during promotional campaigns.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
- You can monitor your shipment via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are:
- The responsibility of the recipient.
- Not included in the item or shipping price.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.
7. Delivery Issues
If you encounter issues such as:
- Delayed shipping
- Incorrect or damaged items
- Lost packages

8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been submitted to Printify. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.
9. Split Shipments
Some items may ship separately depending on fulfillment location or production times. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

We reserve the right to update or change this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page.
