Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting the Lorris Kassongo Foundation by purchasing from our Gears collection. Each purchase helps fund critical programs that uplift orphans and single mothers in vulnerable communities. Because our merchandise is produced through a print-on-demand model via Printify, we ask that you carefully review the policy below before placing an order.
1. Print-On-Demand Model
All Gears products—including T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, caps, and other branded items—are custom printed and fulfilled by Printify, our third-party print-on-demand partner.
This means:
- Items are made specifically for each customer upon order.
- We do not hold inventory or pre-printed stock.
- As such, all sales are final, unless the product is defective or damaged.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
Accepted Refund or Replacement Reasons:
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Incorrect item received
- Poor quality print or manufacturing issue
To be eligible, you must:
- Report the issue within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Include clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or error.
- Provide the order number and description of the issue.
We will submit the claim to Printify and work to resolve the issue promptly.
3. What’s Not Covered
Due to the nature of print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size selection (please refer to size guides before purchasing)
- Late delivery due to carrier delays
- Color variations between the digital mockup and actual product
Please ensure all details, including size and address, are correct before placing your order.
4. Return Shipping
In most cases, returns are not required. If Printify or our team requests a return, shipping instructions will be provided.
- Do not send items back to any listed address unless explicitly instructed.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To start a request:
- Visit our Contact Page.
- Submit your inquiry using the provided form.
- Include:
- Your full name and order number
- Photos of the item(s) in question
- A clear description of the issue
We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
6. Order Cancellations
Because items go into production quickly:
- Orders cannot be canceled or changed once submitted.
- Please double-check all information before completing your purchase.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to size or color preference, as each item is made to order. Be sure to consult sizing charts and product descriptions before placing your order.
8. Policy Updates
This Returns & Refunds Policy may be updated without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page.
